You acknowledge that (a) your cancellation, or attempted or purported cancellation of an order, or (b) cancellation due to reasons not attributable to Fairdeal, constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any such request is subject to Fairdeal's acceptance. For permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund, if any, as promotional codes or coupons redeemable on the Fairdeal Platform, subject to specified terms like validity. Fairdeal may cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, violation of Terms, product unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be processed as promotional codes within approximately 72 hours.

Returns and Refunds
Products are generally non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable, except for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered items. Return/exchange policies vary by product and are available on the Fairdeal Platform. Refunds for permitted returns and cancellations will be processed within 7 working days as promotional codes, redeemable on the Fairdeal Platform. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be processed as promotional codes expiring in 60 days. Refunds cannot be transferred to other payment methods.
Fairdeal Cashback
Cashback is a credit added to your Fairdeal account, not a cash refund. It can be transactional or promotional, subject to Fairdeal's discretion. Cashback is not applicable to canceled orders or refunded items. Fairdeal reserves the right to modify or cancel cashback offers without notice. Cashback reflects in your account within 24-48 hours, but may take up to 7 days for some coupons. Cashback validity is 60 days unless otherwise specified. Cashback and discount codes may not apply to all products.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our company. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping or handling charges. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you and return the item(s) to you at your expense.
Please note that some items, including but not limited to personalized items or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns. We will indicate if an item is not eligible for return at the time of purchase.
